Chevrolet x Manchester United Name Swap

When Manchester United stepped out onto the pitch for its 2014 season opener at Old Trafford, the starting 11 had different names on their backs.

Chevrolet brought 11 kids from around the globe to the game to swap shirts with their idols—wearing kits with their names on it—in front of millions. It was a once-in-a-lifetime moment that represented the possibilities and power of sport.

In addition to being onsite at Old Trafford for real-time content capture and social coverage, I was the day-to-day global content lead for the Chevrolet FC social media channels. i helped grow the channels tenfold and worked on initiatives like the #mufc jersey launch, our One World Futbol partnership, and construction of football fields across the world in underserved communities where play is needed most.
